Fitness and Physical Work Training for Older Students
I am developing a program for older students called Work-Fit. This program is designed to help prepare older students for the workforce and to keep them motivated in continuing a fitness program.
Also included in this program is a section on body mechanics training and proper lifting techniques. On-site analysis may also be completed upon request. Pre-program and post-program data may also be used to determine a student's specific needs and growth throughout the course of the program.
The CDC recognizes the importance of physical activity and I have included a link to their recommendations:
Let's keep our students moving, strong, and safe!
